The Colorado Springs Cyber Leaders Roundable (CS|CLR) is a local leadership group that has been formed by a team of local cybersecurity industry organizations to create a collaborative forum to better collaborate, support, and/or deconflict our events and activities and share local industry information. While each of our organizations has a different focus, audience, and direction, we are all focused on the mission of improving cybersecurity policy and best practices, and better educating citizens and businessess about being more "Cyber-Aware"!
Founding Member:
The founding Member of the CS|CLR is the SBDC's Techsource Group. The Colorado SBDC TechSource is designed to maximize the economic potential of Colorado science and technology companies—especially those in the advanced industries. Subject matter expertise is provided through specialized consulting, accelerator programs, workshops and events to provide tangible help for small innovative businesses and entrepreneurs in order to overcome hurdles to growth.

Within the Techsource Group is the The Cyber: CYA program that helps solve the cybersecurity needs of small and medium sized businesses at all levels. Focus areas range from cloud computing and security measures using social media, to securing technology to meet compliance standards in government contracting.
The CS|CLR Cyber Community Calendar:
The CS|CLR Landing Page and Cyber Community Calendar is provided by NCX, as a service to the local Cyber Security Community of companies, and is designed to be a central scheduling and information sharing resource to help coordinate and support our Colorado-based activities. Future regional Cyber Collaborations and Regional Cyber Calendars are being planned for other locations accross the country.

The Pikes Peak Small Business Development Center offers business consulting and training that maximizes the economic potential of entrepreneurs. Our mission is to help existing and new businesses grow and prosper. Our goal at the Small Business Development Center is to help emerging and existing entrepreneurs gain control of their business operations. We provide free guidance and counseling in all aspects of funding and developing small business. We strive to help grow and start businesses. While we cannot eliminate risk, we work to minimize it by helping clients write comprehensive business plans, conduct financial forecasts, strategize marketing tactics, apply for funding, and improve operations.

Organizational History:
The roots of NCX were originally established in 2010 and was originally known as the Western Cyber Exchange (WCX). It served the three-state region of Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming with various levels of information sharing, training and cyber exercises. In October 2016 WCX announced its name change to the National Cyber Exchange (NCX) to better support members nationwide with cyber threat intelligence and information sharing, cyber citizen awareness training, and technology development.

There are two membership levels being offered today at NCX: NCXCyber|Citizen and NCX|CyberExecutive, and the NCX|CyberISPro (To be Offered in 2020)
The Rocky Mountain Chapter of AFCEA brings together the area's military, government, industry and academic partners to advance the continuing education of today's young leaders in science, technology, engineering, math and computer science fields (STEM). Our AFCEA Chapter holds monthly luncheons, cohost’s the annual IMAGE golf tournament, and sponsors the annual Rocky Mountain Cyberspace Symposium (RMCS).
Through these efforts our organization provides the Front Range community with over $200,000 annually in STEM teacher grants at the local elementary, middle and high school level and college STEM scholarships at Pikes Peak Community College and UCCS.

NIST SP 800-171/DFARS 7012 Assistance: Manufacturer’s Edge works closely with clients to develop scalable, context-specific solutions for cybersecurity challenges, implement NIST SP 800-171 (a and b) security requirements, and achieve compliance with DFARS 7012. To this end, the NCX’s website and its subparts, located at www.nationalcyber.org (the “Website”), offers its users a wide array of services including: (i) access to various blogs, forums and publications concerning cybersecurity threats and remediation, (ii) referrals to pertinent vendors and subject matter experts and (iii) should you subscribe, regular alerts and updates sent by e-mail and text message (the “Services”).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The following Terms of Use, along with any agreements and policies incorporated by reference, constitute a unified legal agreement governing your access to the Website and any Services you obtain from it (collectively, the “Agreement”). DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado without respect to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute involving you and the NCX and arising out of or in any way related to this Agreement shall be resolved by submitting the matter to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA”) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The arbitration will be presided over by a single arbitrator and conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration in effect at the time of filing. The arbitrator’s decision shall be binding on all parties and enforced as a final judgment in accordance with Colorado law. You consent to the vesting of jurisdiction and venue in accordance with this clause, and irrevocably waive any and all objections you may have to the same. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to an award for any fees or expenses they incur in enforcing this Agreement including, but not limited to, their reasonable attorney’s fees. Each parties’ right to recover a prevailing party’s award of fees and costs shall survive this Agreement and apply to any appellate, enforcement or collection proceedings that occur after a final award is entered, or confirmed by judgment, and such right shall not expire or extinguish until all relevant judgments and awards, including any awards authorized by this subsection, are fully satisfied.
