Matt Titcombe

Information Security Professional

After a 25+ year career with the Federal Government, Mr. Titcombe applied his Information Security & Technology experience to the commercial sector. His expertise with technology dates back to his active duty service at Barksdale Air Force Base in 1992 where he oversaw the base’s human resources mainframe solution. In his last government position at the Air Force Academy, Mr. Titcombe was able to turn around a failed program that was responsible for management of all Cadet academic operations. Andrea Wacker

Identity Protection Specialist

Andrea Wacker is a former business owner and entrepreneur in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Having over 25 years in business development, and in owning and operating an international graphic design, print media and advertising company, Andrea has a vast understanding of the risks that both employers and employees have in the work place. Andrea transitioned out of the graphic design & print media business, in 2001 to help business owners have better access to more affordable legal help for their businesses. She soon discovered that there was also a tremendous need for the same kind of help for their employees. Saving both businesses and individuals from spending enormous amounts of money and time dealing with legal issues. Andrea became a crusader for the business owners and their employees offering these powerful services as an employee benefit, and a solution to small business owners as well as to individuals and their families. It was during this time that Andrea was introduced to the world’s largest leading risk management company through a new partnership with the legal service provider she represented. It became self-evident that identity theft was a much bigger threat than just computer hacks and credit card fraud. Andrea saw the new partnership was with a company that had incredible credentials. It was a company that tracked down assets hidden by Jean-Claude Duvalier, Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos, and Saddam Hussein. Restructuring of Enron, Crispy Cream and many other companies. They handle the security around the landings of the space shuttle and were responsible for the recovery of assets that lay beneath the rubble of the twin towers after the attacks on 9/11, plus they had a global reach. She was also impressed that that had a true system ran by licensed investigators to restore a victim’s identity. She saw that if they could handle that magnitude of a threat, they could certainly handle a fraudulent driver’s license or credit fraud situation. Andrea saw the need of this service for her clients and got her certification as a “Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist”. She loves knowing that she is saving both valuable time and providing a true solution with complete restoration that does not “lock up” an individual’s life but lets them continue living freely with peace of mind. Andrea has a true servant’s heart and loves to see people succeed in life with out threat of be victimized by the underworld of identity theft. Andrea and the risk management team of professionals she represents is the best in the world and have the expertise and history to back it up. They are here to serve and look forward to serving you.
