Mike Semmens

Founder & President / Advisory Board Chairman

Michael Semmens is the Principal Founder, as well as the President of the Advisory Board and President of the Operations Board of the National Cyber Exchange. He's President and Cofounder of Imprimis, Inc., an organization dedicated to supporting government and private businesses with cybersecurity compliance tools, cybersecurity technology, space-based technology, advanced engineering, structured training, and advanced training techniques and tools. Michael has over 30 years experience in information systems, technology and manufacturing industries. He's a graduate of Colorado State University, College of Engineering.

Mike Schmidt

Managing Director / Business Development

Mike Schmidt is a Strategic Business Development and Tactical Marketing and Sales Professional/Entrepreneur with integrated skills in capital formation, technology adaptation and go-to-market sales and distribution channel development. Mike's career spans over 30 years of international start-up company experience in numerous technology industries and management-level consulting engagements with a wide variety of clients. Comfortable with new start-up companies and product/service offerings, Mike has traveled extensively both domestically and internationally. He's a Colorado Springs native and CEO of Ensemble Ventures, LLC -- a 17+ year old business development “Venture Ventilator”.

Mike McGonagle

Operations Director / IT Support

Mike McGonagle is a native of Pembroke, MA. He's a retired Navy Limited Duty Officer with 22 years of service in the submarine and information professional fields. He graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management from National University. He currently works in the cybersecurity industry and continues to strive to expand peoples knowledge of all things cybersecurity related.

Matt Titcombe

CISO / InfoSec Professional

After a 25+ year career with the Federal Government, Mr. Titcombe applied his Information Security & Technology experience to the commercial sector. His expertise with technology dates back to his active duty service at Barksdale Air Force Base in 1992 where he oversaw the base’s human resources mainframe solution. In his last government position at the Air Force Academy, Mr. Titcombe was able to turn around a failed program that was responsible for management of all Cadet academic operations. As a custom-built mainframe-to-Oracle solution to meet the Academy’s needs, it was in dire need of restoration. Mr. Titcombe not only turned the program around, he identified and secured $30+ million dollars that were needed by not only meeting Information Security compliance but also Federal programmatic compliance requirements. These two skills merged into what is now Peak InfoSec. Mr. Titcombe now leads an organization that specializes in Information Security Turn Around efforts supporting federal and commercial sectors.

Darla Lindt

Executive Director / Cyber Risk Mgnt

Darla Lindt, a designated cyber insurance risk manager (CyRM), serves the National Cyber Exchange as the risk management consultant. Darla is the branch owner of TWFG Insurance Services, an independent insurance agency specializing in cyber liability insurance. Darla brings knowledge and experience to business owners looking to position their companies with a competitive edge incorporating cyber liability insurance and a robust cybersecurity plan.

Jeff Chapman

Marketing Director / Product Strategist

Jeff Chapman is a Business and Technology Strategist. Jeff has more than 35 years of experience in the telecommunications, software and high technology space. His expertise is in business and product planning, management and development, enterprise application architecture, and business consulting. Jeff provides strategic and tactical planning, from business formation to product definition and organizational alignment. He has held executive roles in startups and major corporations.

Richard Lewis

Defense, Military and Veterans Liaison

Rich Lewis, a Colorado Springs native, is a Service Disabled Veteran Medicare Insurance mentor who helps the Medicare eligible population of Southern Colorado optimize their medical coverage. He's passionate about helping fellow veterans understand their health coverage options. He graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Chemical Engineering degree in 1989 and was commissioned into the US Army. He served for 22 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel Army Space Operations Officer in 2011. His final assignment was Deputy Director of Space Operations for United States Central Command. Rich also consults with various government agencies on the experimentation and integration of emerging technologies to help address critical Department of Defense capability gaps.
